When sugar level is high then avoid sweet fruit like mango ,banana ,chikoo,grapes and dates and rest all seasons fruit can take but portion should be measured like 100 to 150 grams can be taken. Seasonal fruit means papaya ,Apple ,pineapple, Orange ,sweet lime,plum,jamun ,berries ,cherries can take .
