Frozen shoulder

My mother has a problem lifting her right arm up from around 3 years. This problem I think started when she had fallen down while walking on the road.We had consulted a doctor around a year back and the doctor or diagnosed it as frozen shoulder. She is a diabetic and recently also diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. She never agrees to go to a doctor in person hence I am trying to get help online this way. Please let us know about the oral medicines she can take and how to tackle this frozen shoulder problem. Also one more issue we have that she was feeling feverish and body pain yesterday so we gave her Dolo 650 tablet and she felt better as the fever and body pain reduced. Please let us know if the this tablet is safe for her to consume as on the tablet strip it's mentioned that overdose can harm the liver. Thank you

Peri arthritis or adhesive capsulitis otherwisw called Frozen shoulder is commonly occurring problem among the elders especially with diabetics. It's need pain reduction,  intervention & exercise program. Since your mother is having pre existing liver disease it's quite risky to give drugs like dolo. She needs intervention-  injection methods to relive her pain & followed by exercise. Di.e. to her liver disease we can't give any pain killers. It's better to consult pain specialist
