Better get an intra articular injection of Depomedrol in Your Shoulder and Acromioclavicular joint, by an Orthopaedic surgeon, and then continue physiotherapy. It will benefit you better. You may have to get a repeat injection after 1 month

Hello.... Treatment for frozen shoulder usually starts with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and application of heat to the affected area, followed by stretching exercise. Physiotherapy help increase your range of motion. A frozen shoulder can take a year or more to get better.complete cure may not be possible, if it's severe you can go for surgery.
