My front teeth suddenly started paining this morning when I started brushing my teeth. When I press my teeth inside it's paining.

Hello sir it could be due to something stuck in that  area or deep cavity which can be datermined by clinical diagnosis.kindly visit a dentist ,meanwhile take signoflam twice a day for 3 days for pain and do warm saline rinses twice a day.
