Hi,
To have a crown post RCT in front teeth, depends on factors like,
-How much tooth was damaged?
-Was the tooth damaged due to injury?
-How much is the patient maintaining his/her oral hygiene.
Furthermore,
-Tooth becomes brittle after RCT and chances of the tooth breaking are more and then it won't be restorable (extent of tooth damage).
-Tooth may discolor, if there was a history of injury.
-Reinfection of the root canal.
You can delay the cementation of crown, but then you will have to be careful with that tooth and try to avoid hard food, and maintain oral hygiene.
