Your urine report is absolutely normal and also your sugar is normal, there is no signs of urine infection as per reports rest need some medical history to provide you diagnosis and treatment kindly consult.

Is it that you feel the need to urinate again because of incomplete evacuation, or do you have to go frequently even after completely emptying your bladder?
