In my ultrasound it shows partially distended bladder and I have frequent urination when I urinate lots of white particles come and little foam also I don't know what's happening urine routine report is normal

Get your KFT done and consult a Urologist for a cystoscopy examination. It may throw some light on the cause of lots of white particles which you pass along with the urine.
