Take coconut water + plenty water in day time not in night  if not result oriented  adv for urine exam   young people should not worry be happy

Sudden frequency can be because of cold climate outside or it can be due to urine infection.. for that urine microscopy and later if required culture may have to be done.. kindly consult if symptoms persist
