Hello doctor, My brother is 9years old. And he is facing with frequent ulcers on mouth. Why is it happening like that

Avoid hard foods. Salty and acidic foods. Have a toothpaste which is free of sodium lauryl sulphate. No carbonated drinks. Topical diclofenac to be applied on the affected part.

This is because of poor oral hygiene Taking too much hot and spicy food Water deficiency in the body And vitamin B deficiency Maintain oral hygiene  ,brushing twich daily Avoid hot and spicy food and drink water more ,take B-complex once daily for one week.
