Frequent stool 1 month old

Hello.. my baby is one month old breastfed passing stool with urine and also passing little stool frequently like 30 times a day .... doctor prescribed entroflora for 3 days 2 bottles each day... still no improvement... baby weight gain is fine... baby passes urine more that 8 times... should i be worried?

Get a stool routine done. If there is pus cells or reducing sugars, then baby needs to be treated. If stool routine is normal, nothing needs to be done. Milk fed babies tend to pass little bit of stool multiple times a day, it is considered normal. Until then give probiotic, preferably lactobacillus rhamnosus gg drops.

Get a stool for reducing substance, stool for rotavirus done.. frequency is a little higher.. we should rule out other possibilities like lactose intolerance.
