It seems you get tensed when pressure or stress comes in and then to relax that situation your body reacts in an anxious manner.
Practice yoga or deep breathing everyday( to understand better meet a psychologist Face to face).
Play some game or sport.
During exams make a schedule and try to stick with it, divide your stress into days rather than handling all together.
