Did follicular study on 11 th day shown only 3.2 cm follicle and small follicle to day 16 th day Idid follicular study it showing 3.5 cm follicle and free fluid how can I ovulate without df

3.2 cm follicle has become a cyst. You might have missed it when it was of 18-20mm size now it has increased to size of 3.5cm

Normally in a 30 day cycle follicular monitoring should be started from day 8 3.2 cm is not a follicle it's a cyst Also you missed the scans between day 11 to day  16 to see if anything developed in between It should Ideally be done alternate days
