You should have protein rich nutritious diet. If you are non vegetarian then include egg, chicken, fish with milk, dahi/yoghurt, almond, cashew, soyabean etc. Prepare meal which contains good quality and quantity protein like khichdi ( moong & masoor), soyabean biriyani, pis- pas etc. To develop muscle mass you need to burn fat mass by doing different kinds of exercise specially high intensity exercise.
