Simple paracetamol 650 mg -1000 mg  every 8 hours depending on the severity of fever is useful . However if you have high fever and body pain take zerodol P twice daily.

Dolo 650 or Crocin. Can even taken meftal forte if not controlled. Fever is just a symptom of a deeper infection or inflammation. Kindly reach out for a consultation and subsequent treatment.
