Add to Diet ✅ Protein at every meal: dal, sprouts, paneer, tofu, soy chunks, curd ✅ Plenty of vegetables and salads ✅ Whole grains: jowar, bajra, whole wheat, oats ✅ Fruits: apple, guava, orange, papaya ✅ 2–3 liters water daily Limit ❌ Sugary drinks, sweets, bakery items ❌ Fried foods, chips, namkeen ❌ Excess rice, refined flour, and processed foods Activity ✅ 30–45 minutes brisk walking daily ✅ Strength training 2–4 times/week Fat-Burning Medications There is no safe over-the-counter “fat burner” that reliably burns fat. Many fat-burning supplements have little benefit and may cause side effects.

There is no safe or effective medicine that can selectively reduce stomach fat. Most "fat-burning" pills have limited benefits and may cause side effects. Since you are already exercising, it would be helpful to review your nutrition, as diet plays a major role in reducing abdominal fat. Some recommendations: ● Create a moderate calorie deficit (avoid crash dieting). ● Include a good source of protein at each meal (eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, tofu, dals, Greek yogurt, etc.). ● Reduce intake of sugary drinks, sweets, bakery products, fried foods, and ultra-processed snacks. ● Increase vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fiber-rich foods. ● Aim for at least 7–8 hours of quality sleep daily. ● Continue strength training along with cardio, as building muscle helps improve body composition. ● Track your waist circumference along with weight, as fat loss may occur even when the scale changes slowly. Since you have OCD, it's also important to manage stress levels and ensure that any dietary changes are sustainable and do not become overly restrictive.
Next Steps
A detailed review of your current diet, meal timings, exercise routine, sleep pattern, and waist measurement would help me create a more targeted fat-loss plan. you can connect through app.
Health Tips
If your abdominal fat is increasing despite regular exercise and a balanced diet, consider getting basic blood tests done (thyroid profile, fasting blood sugar/HbA1c, lipid profile, and liver function tests).
