Hello. You can feed the baby solid foods at least 3-4 times a day, along with breastfeeding/formula powder milk- 2-3 times a day. Give boiled water between meals, start foods like veg Khichdi , mashed dal rice , soft Roti dal, soups, mashed fruits, mashed paneer. Don’t give oily / spicy , outside food.
