MRI report attached. L5-5 & L5-S1 loss of nischit signal, diffuse disc bulge with center protrusion indenting the thecal sac & compressing bilateral exiting never roots. Para-Vertebral soft tissues appear normal. Impression : findings are suggestive of degenerative change.
