I am suffering from eczema since last 2 years..The skin develops water filled blisters and soon start itching and the skin underneath peels off after drying and the blisters form again and the cycle gets repeated and is slowly spreading...It pains at times too.I had consulted a doctor who prescribed lozisoft cream and momate f cream,it worked for some time..but Not effectively .Please suggest what should I do?

Next Steps
A short course of oral steroids (e.g. prednisolone) may help control the flare. Continue Momate F during flares and switch to tacrolimus ointment for maintenance. Use ceramide-rich moisturizers frequently. If not improving, consider patch testing or oral immunosuppressants under supervision.

Avoid triggers (soaps, detergents), and use gloves for chores. Don’t overuse steroid creams to prevent skin thinning.
