Hi, What are the best foods to be consumed for regularising periods. And what to avoid if one is having thyroid problems.

Hi All seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, whole grain cereals, unpolished pulses, nuts, seeds, dry fruits etc... Foods that help in regularising periods would be papayya, til seed jaggery made laddoos, iron rich leafy veggies, vitamin c rich foods etc are very helpful.  All cruciferrous sulphur containing vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, raddish, turnips, knol knol etc...to be avoid particularly in the case of thyroid problem....
