Follicular Cysts

Having pain in lower abdomen for last 5 days. USG report says both ovaries are enlarged with multiple (more than ten in each ovary) tiny (average diameter 0.3 cm) follicular Cysts in each ovary. Possibility of PCOS may be excluded clinico biochemically. Please help me to understand the problem and possible cure. Thank you.
