I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. I have been prescribed 4 medicines which are 1.Methycal 2.Folsafe L 3. Triptofer 4. Pro Innovfol Summing all folic acids there is almost 8 mg folic acid in total. Is it too much to consume?

U just need iron n calcium supplements after 12 weeks as iron supplements also hv added folic acid
