You need to provide more details like your mood state, anxiety symptoms, sleep, appetite etc to be able to say more. As of now, adopt a healthy lifestyle, regular exercise, good nights sleep, healthy diet along with studying in short capsules of 20-30 min with 5-7 min break in between. Write things to memorize better and seek help from friends. If you still feel distracted, seek help from a psychiatrist.
