FNAC of lymph nodes in neck

I had swollen 2-3 lymph nodes but painless, in neck from more than 6 months, took several antibiotics and vitamin medications nothing worked. So did an fnac test The reports are attached. Kindly suggest me what does the report mean.

It's reactive lymph node due to some previous infections or allergy.Nothing to worry about that.It is not harmful.
