Fluid filled blister on lip

I developed a fluid filled large bubble on my lip part of upper lip and it happened after I used some depigmentajon lip scrub that had active ingredient like kojic acid in it ...it was very itchy in the beginning and then blister came ....online search says it can be herpes also ...but I had no personal contact with anyone but I stay in hostel and tend to share a lot of stuff with my room mates and recently in my full body checkup I had raised esr of 35 and have been getting arthralgia but anti ccp ra are all negative ...what is it Herpes or contact dermatitis
