Surgery/ Laser is not a good choice for Anal Fissure. As the chances of recurrence are high after surgery/ laser. However Anal Fissure can be completely treated without surgery or Laser by Graded Kshar Karma treatment. In this treatment; a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in fissure region which debrides the fissure and induces healing. Usually 4-5 Graded Kshra Karma sittings are required at weekly intervals for complete healing of fissure. Now you should take sitz bath 2-4 times daily and apply some soothing and healing ointment. You can take some mild stool softening medicine for easy bowel movement. For further support and appointment you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.
