Hello Age 30 Having melasma on face planning to take fish oil capusle 1000 mg per day 1 Amd chia seeds so may know can I take this diet pls tell or any sode effects with fish oil capusle pls reply. Can skin become glow with fish oil if yes how long. Can I take Pls mention timings for capsule and chia seed
