First time sex delay period?

My husband and i had first time unprotected intercourse after 3 nd half yrs of marriage, now my period is 65 days delay, negative home pregnancy test, some 3 weeks back had blood test but that was negative. I have period like cramps in lower abdomen, leg pain but not sure what to do, please suggest.
