I am sending my latest x ray. Please tell me my first molar (wisdom teeth) needs some kind of treatment or not. If need some kind of treatment please suggest what will be the treatment. Can i leaves first molar as it is. If i go for rct is there any problem with first molar.

Itz d second molar whc is infection, and u need to go for root canal treatment for sure or else u may have pain and swelling in future
