My daughter is 4.5 year old. She has cavity in the front two teeth. We got filling done but her filling has come out. We have left it as it is. Can you suggest when the front teeth will fall on its own. What is the solution

The fillings should be replaced as soon as possible as the time duration for eruption of the upper front teeth can vary from 6 years to 8 years..So, till that time the teeth can not be left like that as they can get infected again from a dislodged filling..Visit a dentist to get the filling done again..

Please visit a dentist,  as it will take time for permanent teeth to erupt. Go for a filling ASAP.

You need to get a refilling done immediately. The cavity will progress otherwise The tooth will naturally fall between 6-8 years of age
Next Steps
see a dentist as soon as possible

The front teeth comes out at around 6-7 yrs of age. Better get the filling done as she is very young and need to keep the front teeth ok. Better consult a pedodontist
