I have this small gap between my front teeth and I wanted to go through a composite filling procedure. I was wondering how much would it cost me and how many years will it last before going through another session.

Hello, Composite restoration normally costs around 11-1500 usually depending on the area. For some people it lasts 5 years and more however, discolouration maybe evident. There are other options as well for instance your Laminate veneer, but it’s actually depends upon the case , how much gaping is present. Apart from this there are Dental Crown also available which lasts usually longer. To find what best suits your case, get a consultancy done.

Hello, Type of procedure best suited for you depends on amount of gap between teeth. A) 1-3 mm gap can be closed by putting Composite on each tooth in middle ( 1200-1600/-). In our practice we see that composites usually last  average 5-8 yrs. After that they discolor. Best Alternative is Emax veneers if correctly planned and done by a cap specialist using good quality material, patients don't feel problem for 10-15 yrs. B) If gap is 5 mm or more, and teeth are already big in side and drifted apart from each other,  better would be to plan for alignment using braces/ aligners.
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist, preferably a cosmetic  dentist- prosthodontist  or braces specialist - orthodontist to find out what works best in your case for long term success.

Hi... composite filling won't cost much...price varies from place to place... composite mostly last approximately 5years depending on your food habits and maintenance...for some it might last longer...but it's not permanent... permanent solution would be veneers and crowns...thy look more natural compared to composite...

Hello sir,        Hope you are doing good. Composite filling doesnt cost much and will be always in affordable price. It wi ll last atleast for 5 years if you maintain the restoration properly. You can go for crowns instead which we can assure in time period.
