I have been experiencing occasional pain on the right side, below the ribs, for about 3 months. The pain stopped completely for some time but started occurring occasionally again. I had an ultrasound, which showed mild hepatomegaly (mildly enlarged
liver). I took two bottles of Adlive, after which the pain improved, but it later returned occasionally. The pain is now less than before.
Recently had a FibroScan. My report shows CAP 310 dB/m, liver stiffness 4.8 kPa, IQR/Median 22%, and 10 valid measurements. What do these results mean? Do I have fatty liver, and if so, what grade is it? Is 4.8 kPa normal, or does it indicate any liver fibrosis?
