I recently found in my scan report that i have a 24*23mm fibroid found rounded hypoechoic lesion, and it is noted in the subserosol anteriorly. Kindly advise what is the best treatment to remove the fibroid.

Subserosal fibroids generally do not cause symptoms n do not require any treatment vat this size
