Today we did ultrasound test and found there is a fibroid. Doctor is saying that we need to go for surgery for the same. Please help us what we need to do for this. Attaching ultrasound report.

Your fibroid is big and indenting your endometrium.. So needs. Surgery for removal of fibroid
