I have a fibroid what should I do the first size is 12.9 mm and second is 15.6 please find the attached reports and suggest me

The fibroids don’t need further treatment if you don’t have symptoms. But it says you could have urine infection. So do a urine culture sensitivity. Also please see general physician as it says you have spleenomegaly.
