Fever without cold

My daughter (4.5) has persistent fever since last night with throat pain. Calpol 250 mg also could not bring the fever down completely. Earlier she had bacterial infection and sefdin (cefdinir) 125 mg worked well. We have started the same thinking bacterial infection in the throat. What could be other possibilities. She has body pain too
