Fever without cold and cough to 16month

My son is 16month old having fever since evening with no other sign. No cough no cold. Fussy bit. Not eating much bt eating favourite things little. Taking breast milk. Is it normal or should i consult to Pediatrician. Can it be gastro dengue or malaria?
