Fever with cold feeling

My mother is having fever of 101 deg F today morning. She took Dolo 650 twice yesterday and one more today morning. She is on Telista CL 1-0-0 for Hypertension. She is having phlegm and due to which feeling head ache and chill. Kindly suggest medications as soon as possible.
