Give lot of fluid and coconut water,give ondensetron for vomitting, record temperature and give paracetamol.If there is no blood in stools then most likely viral, will settle on its own

Keep her hydrated with enough fluids and ORS. Priority is always to stop vomiting... as you have not mentioned weight of child I am unable to give doses. If you have an old prescription for vomiting, use that and give only visiting medicine with ORS. Use paracetamol for fever if fever crosses hundred. For diarrhoea use a probiotic like enterogermina vial 1 per day.

Is she passing urine ? Start ORS oral rehydration solution immediately sip by sip . If you don’t have the readymade solution mix one packet in one liter of clean drinking water & keep it in a clean place . Giving sip By sip can even take care of vomiting & moderate dehydration . This is the most important step needed to ward of emergency . The rest depends upon what is the cause for which video consult ,observation etc are needed .

Consult nearby pediatrician.

Main complication going forward is dehydration and thus watch for urine output. Give water along with ors solution as much as possible.
