Having mild to high fever ranges to 101.4 given meftal at 1PM after 3 hours still it is at 98.7 .does meftol p works well to control temparature instantly any good paracetamol he is having cough and cold as well for last wto days alongwith fever

98 7 is normal temperature. Only above 100 F we need to give medicines for fever. Give crocin DS 3.5ml for fever. It can be given every 4 hours. Meftal P is strong and given only for high fever. It can be given every 8 hours only. As fever is there since 2 days, he needs physical check up. Please visit a pediatrician.
