My Son is who is 6 years old running temperature of 101 from yeserday, also got cold and little shivering. Gave Meftal-p suspension every 6 hours.. but is recurring after 8-9 hrs

You need need not give meftal for mild fever. Just give steam inhalations, and plain paracetamol for fever, repeat 4 hourly if needed. If no improvement in 2days, consult your paeditrician.
