  4. Fever query. Long even after medication?

Hello . I am having fever past 15 days and it's mostly increase in temp upto 102 only in the evening . No shivering . Did blood test for typhoid , dengue and malaria but all negative . Have headache with body pain . I have a 9 month old daughter and taking antibiotics . What can be the reason for fever to persist so long even after medication ?
