Fever problem

After taking p-650 my fever has been went down. But after 6-8 hours fever has been reappeard. But I have no other problem expect this fever and headache. I have been suffering from three days. What indicates that fever up and down happening

If fever is reappearing after 7 hours of medicine u have to undergo some blood test to know what is the cause of fever.. kindly consult online for investigation and treatment..
