Fever only at evening time for last 3 to 4 days. Feeling very tired & heavy headache. Had Dolo 650 today & Crocin last 2 days.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a viral fever. I would advise you to do blood tests such as CBC, WIDAL, urine routine and peripheral smear. Kindly follow up with these reports online or in person so that you can be treated accordingly
