My son 5.5 year old has got fever 100 F since yday afternoon along with headache. Gave Crocin 240 - 3.5 ml Weight 15.5 kg PS - I was having viral fever yesterday too. Took these medicines - photo attached and got recovered satisfactorily. Please suggest medicines for my son. Do I need to start antibiotics for him ?

Continue crocin 240 for you son (give 5 ml per dose). Viral fever can last for 4 days at least. If he is better each day, nothing to worry about. If he worsens, please visit a pediatrician for check up. Don't start antibiotics on your own
