Please get cbc, blood widal, malaria antigen test done and share results. Meanwhile  do not let fever go very high.do some tepid sponging,  along with tab paracetamol, if fever goes high.Drink more fluids.

Following which it would be best to decide whether you should take symptomatic treatment or antibiotic therapy.
