Fever from ten days
Hi dr,
My son is of 7 years getting fever from 10days around 100-103..our dr done many tests including covid, dengue, typoid, c reactive. Everything is fyn but wbc count is 3000 and it increased to 3500.i attached the reports below. What may be the cause doctor unable to find out. Rather than fever he has no symptoms.
