Thank you for sharing your concern. Persistent fever for 15 days, especially one that is higher in the evenings, warrants further investigation. The possible causes could range from infections like typhoid or tuberculosis to viral illnesses or even autoimmune conditions. I suggest you undergo the following tests: 1. Complete blood count (CBC) 2. C-reactive protein (CRP) 3. Fever profile (including tests for malaria, dengue, and typhoid) 4. Chest X-ray 5. ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) Please maintain hydration and avoid spicy or oily foods until more information is available. Early diagnosis is key to better management. For a detailed evaluation and treatment, feel free to consult me directly. You can also reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further assistance.

A clinical examination is going to be most important for coming to a diagnosis  . Please get your CBC, Dengue Antigen and Malaria antigen tested. You should consult a General Physician in your area with the reports.
