Mild fever (99-100 ) from around 9 days. Initially taken Dolo 650 for 4 days,  then Dolo 650 with Moxikind CV for 3 days twice a day.  After that taking medicine with doctors consultation but Today got 101.5 which comes to normal after 3-4 hours.  Fever is coming with mild chill once in 24 hours. No other symptoms exists. Is there anything to worry or any testing is required. Please help what to do in this lockdown period. Thanks
