My son got cold and light fever since two days. Please suggest me medication. He could not sleep well in night time. Please help me.

Sir, Please message the weight of your child. Don't use fever medication without proper dose or recording temperature through thermometer For cold , you can give him steam inhalation twice a day for 3 days Nasoclear drops 1 drop each nostril in case of nose block 3-4 times a day Tminic drops  0.5 ml twice a day for 2 days
