  4. Fever for 4 days. Doctor. please advice?

Fever for 4 days

Hi doctor. My 2.6 yr old son is having cold cough and fever for 5 days. Started antibiotics 2 days ago. Still the fever is there. Should I wait for sometime or go back to the doctor.please advice
